What is TrakSun?
TrakSun is a comprehensive Solar EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) project management platform. It's designed to streamline the entire lifecycle of solar projects, from initial planning to completion, with powerful tools for task management, form templates, site tracking, and file management.
How TrakSun Works: A Real Example
📖 Example: Rural Solar Pump Installation Project
Let's follow how TrakSun manages a solar pump installation for 50 farmers in rural Maharashtra from planning to completion.
🏗️ Project Setup & Planning
Organization: Green Energy Solutions sets up their organization profile, invites team members (project managers, field executives, engineers), and creates a "Solar Pump Installation" lifecycle template with 6 stages: Site Survey → Technical Assessment → Approval → Installation → Testing → Handover.
Form Templates: Custom forms are created for each stage - site survey forms capture GPS coordinates, soil type, water depth; technical forms calculate pump specifications and power requirements.
👥 Site Registration
