2. Free Trial Period
We offer a 7-day free trial period for new users to evaluate our platform. During this trial period:
- No charges will be applied to your account
- You have full access to all platform features
- You can cancel at any time without any obligation
- No refund is necessary as no payment is required
3. Subscription Services
For paid subscription services, the following refund terms apply:
3.1 Monthly Subscriptions
- Refunds are not provided for partial months of service
- You may cancel your subscription at any time
- Service will continue until the end of your current billing period
- No refunds for unused portions of the billing period
3.2 Annual Subscriptions
- Refunds may be provided within 30 days of initial purchase
- Refund amount will be prorated based on unused months
- Processing fees may be deducted from refund amount
- After 30 days, no refunds are provided for annual subscriptions
4. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:
4.1 Technical Issues
- Platform is completely non-functional for more than 24 hours
- Critical features are unavailable for extended periods
- Data loss due to system failures (not user error)
- Security breaches affecting your data
4.2 Service Cancellation
- Within 30 days of annual subscription purchase
- If we discontinue the service entirely
- If we significantly change service terms without notice
- If we fail to deliver promised features within reasonable time
4.3 Non-Eligible Cases
- Change of mind after using the service
- Failure to understand platform capabilities
- Inability to use the platform due to user's technical limitations
- Violation of terms of service leading to account suspension
- Request for refund after 30 days of annual subscription
5. Refund Process
To request a refund:

- Provide your account details and reason for refund request
- Include any relevant documentation or screenshots
- Our team will review your request within 3-5 business days
- If approved, refund will be processed within 7-10 business days
- Refund will be issued to the original payment method
6. Refund Processing Time
Refund processing times vary depending on your payment method:
- Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days
- Bank Transfers: 3-7 business days
- Digital Wallets: 1-3 business days
- UPI Payments: 2-5 business days
7. Implementation and Setup Services
For paid implementation and setup services:
- 50% refund if cancellation occurs before work begins
- 25% refund if cancellation occurs within first 24 hours of work
- No refund after 24 hours of work commencement
- Refunds exclude any third-party costs already incurred
8. Data Retention After Cancellation
After cancellation or refund:
- Your data will be retained for 30 days
- You can export your data during this period
- After 30 days, data will be permanently deleted
- No recovery is possible after permanent deletion
9. Dispute Resolution
If you disagree with a refund decision:
- Contact our customer support team for review
- Provide additional documentation if needed
- Escalate to management if necessary
- Consider mediation for unresolved disputes
10. Currency and Exchange Rates
Refunds will be processed in the same currency as the original payment. If currency conversion is required, the exchange rate will be based on the current market rate at the time of refund processing.
11. Changes to Refund Policy
We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
